Every wedding is different and it's important to me to prepare thoroughly for each one. For this reason I limit the number of weddings I do in a year and tailor each package to your requirements. Meetings
An initial meeting to discuss your requirements, show you more work, and explain how I work.

Up to two weeks before the day, a second meeting to run through the plan, so we all know the timings and what's expected.

Pre-wedding shoot
I offer an optional pre-wedding shoot. This is an informal shoot which we can do in a location of your choice. It's a chance for us to get to know each other better and helps settle any nerves before the wedding day. It usually takes around an hour.

Venue visits
I visit every venue before the day to scout out the best locations for the bride and groom portraits and family shots. Prepartion is essential in helping the day run smoothly and ensuring great results.

Processing the images
After the wedding, I select the best pictures to process, which will take around 2-3 weeks. Every picture that makes it to editing will be colour balanced and tweaked as necessary. Minor retouching is also carried out if necessary. I don't overwhelm you with thousands of pictures, but concentrate on producing the best quality images which usually totals around 400 for a full day (8 hours).

Web Gallery
After the pictures are processed I upload them to a private web gallery for viewing, the same syle as the galleries on my website.

High resolution images on DVD at no extra cost
After the images have been processed, I'll send the high resolution files to you on a DVD in a stylish presentation box. This is yours under license to print from and distribtute as you wish.
