Marissa & Carlos’ Villa Dievole wedding Tuscany

Wedding-photographer-TuscanyMarissa and Carlos’s Tuscany wedding at the stunning Villa Dievole was an international gathering of friends and family making the trip to Italy from as far as Australia to this amazing location. Villa Dievole is a working vineyard in the hills near Siena producing chainti and olive oil and it certainly ticks all the boxes for the perfect Tuscan experience – olives groves, cypress trees, rolling hills, endless sunshine and, of course, chianti. It’s a stunner and is worth a visit if only to visit the vineyard and cellar.

Despite meeting in Florence, Marissa & Carlos chose the picture postcard Villa Dievole in Tuscany to marry at as it provided the idyllic setting for their outdoor ceremony and wedding breakfast as well as an open-air dance floor in the middle of the countryside that they used for the party long into the night. I’ve now seen the ‘zombie’ and lived to tell the tale, not to mention some awesome air guitar.

Here’s the story of their day and you can also check out more from their portraits in this blog post. If you’re interested in other work I’ve shot in Italy, check out this engagement shoot for Giorgio and Filippo that I photographed in Florence earlier in the summer.
